Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer to be based at their Corby office.
Acquisitions, Disposals, Exits, MBOs, MBIs, Asset Finance, Restructuring, Shareholder Agreements…
..if you follow all that, then you’re talking their language, and if that’s the case we should be talking.
There is an active Company & Commercial market outside of the big cities – the region is thriving and with that, comes great opportunity for ambitious lawyers.
You will have experience in most if not all of the above, including commercial agreements, advising on alternative forms of business structure, giving general commercial advice, and have an excellent knowledge of transactional processes. It should go without saying that you’ll need technical expertise.
You’ll also need 2-5 years PQE and a good range of commercial legal experience. If you’ve got this far in your career you are no doubt a confident communicator: persuasive, articulate, and friendly with a good sense of humour…and a hunger to get deals done (as well as having good drafting and analytical skills).
