Wills, probate & Estate Planning Paralegal
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum
A well established law firm in Newbury looking to recruit an experienced Contentious Probate Paralegal to join their fast paced and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months previous Legal experience and a LPC would be beneficial but not essential.
As a wills, probate and estate planning Paralegal, your day-to-day duties may include:
* Supporting on a caseload from inception to resolution
* Providing some legal advice to clients
* Conducting legal research
* Drafting legal documentations including proceedings and statements
* Building and maintaining relationships your network
* Providing stellar client service
