About Us: Our client in collaboration with Oasis Resourcing is a dynamic and client-focused law firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services. We are currently expanding our immigration law practice and are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, particularly in handling legal aid cases.
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Immigration Solicitor with expertise in managing a caseload of immigration files, specifically those eligible for legal aid. The successful candidate will provide expert advice, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a diverse caseload of immigration matters with a focus on legal aid cases.
* Provide legal advice to clients on immigration issues.
* Prepare and submit legal documents, applications, and appeals.
* Represent clients at hearings and tribunals.
* Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in immigration law.
* Demonstrable experience handling legal aid cases is essential.
* Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and policies.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Admitted to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
