A leading employment law practice is seeking to expand its established team by recruiting an additional member. This highly regarded practice is looking to appoint an Employment Lawyer, Solicitor or Fee Earner to handle contentious employment matters on behalf of claimants, with the ability to undertake advocacy being an advantage.
The firm is open to candidates at different levels of experience, whether you are non-qualified, newly qualified, or have a few years of experience under your belt. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to further their career in employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling contentious employment matters on behalf of claimants.
* Conducting research and providing legal advice.
* Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
* Undertaking advocacy when necessary.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Collaborating with colleagues and supporting team members.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner preferred.
* The firm will consider applicants with a good couple of years' experience so highly experienced paralegals or fee earners are welcomed to apply.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and current legislation.
* Experience in handling contentious employment matters.
* Advocacy skills are advantageous.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and client-focused approach.
