Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum

My client is searching for an Employment Solicitor to join their Cheadle Hulme, Stockport offices.

My client’s firm is dynamic, forward-thinking and puts expertise and client service at the forefront of everything it does.

Due to continued growth in the business, my client is looking for an Employment Solicitor, ideally, NQ to 3 years PQE, who can demonstrate initiative, creativity and has experience of dealing with respondents as well as claimants. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, and we are looking for candidates who focus on obtaining commercial solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will be involved in supporting the Managing Director together with growing their own caseload. They will assist the team in providing a full range of employment advice.

Requirements

• Applicants should be Newly qualified Solicitors or those with 3 years’ PQE upwards (or equivalent experience).
• Candidates should also be currently working in the Employment sector
• Independent worker
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to demonstrate a strong academic background with excellent technical experience gained at a leading firm.
