Senior Residential Conveyancer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £55000 – £60000/annum NEGOTIABLE
A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer is required due to natural growth for a law firm close to Tunbridge Wells.
Applications will be considered from candidates who are used to working with a quality caseload in an established practice. You are required to have at least 5 years, solid experience in residential conveyancing along with experience of supervising more junior members of the team.
You will be joining the Residential Conveyancing team that consists of 4 other lawyers and you will receive full support from a team of paralegals and legal secretaries.
Experience to include:
* Freehold and leasehold residential property transactions
* Obtaining land registry documents
* Remortgages
* Transfer of equity
* Shared ownership
* Submitting and reviewing searches
You will be comfortable in working as part of an established team and able to work alone. This is a growing department with a great team of skilled lawyer and support staff.
