Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team at a fantastic reputable law firm, based in Burnley. This is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career with an established, forward thinking law firm with a training contract on offer.
Duties include:
* Management of own case files
* Raising of enquiries
* Assisting with Commercial files
* Client liaison
* Preparing and drafting legal documents and letters, such as mortgages, sale agreements and trust agreements
* Handling telephone enquiries, making appointments and taking messages
* Producing letters and legal documents, including court forms and statements
* Open and closing files
* Copying, scanning and faxing, including preparation of large court bundles filing and other general administration work
