Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancing paralegal with around 2 years’ hands on experience. The ideal candidate will have also completed their LPC and can demonstrate a passion for Conveyancing.
Duties include:
* Management of own case files
* Raising of enquiries
* Client liaison
* Preparing and drafting legal documents and letters, such as mortgages, sale agreements and trust agreements
* Handling telephone enquiries, making appointments and taking messages
* Producing letters and legal documents, including court forms and statements
* Open and closing files
* Copying, scanning and faxing, including preparation of large court bundles filing and other general administration work
* Use Proclaim case management software
