So, you will be adept at handling volume conveyancing work – at a fast pace!
You will enjoy being part of successful team and being busy – but you will enjoy the rewards for your hard work.
Your day to day will be supporting a fee earner with:
A varied caseload of residential conveyancing – freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new build and Limited company transactions.
Managing the process through to successful completion whilst managing client expectations
Managing client relationships
Delivering excellent customer care
Contributing to the a culture of teamwork and high performance with a strong customer care focus
What you will bring to the role will be
Minimum 1 years experience in Conveyancing Assistant role
A passion for Conveyancing
Good career aspirations
Able to progress transactions
Effective and strong relationship building skills
Effective, accurate and organised working style
