The Opportunity:

As a Junior Operations Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
• Scheduling teams on our CRM (main responsibility will be making sure all jobs are correctly booked in and allocate crew members based on skills).
• Allocate equipment based on the job description.
• Liase with clients.
• Point of contact for onsite activities
• Point of contact for repairs
• Conduct site audits.
• Work closely with BSM to achieve excellent customer experience.
We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager who has the following skills and qualifications:
• Full UK Driver’s License is essential
• Experience in Junior Operations is preferred but not essential
• Experience and Knowledge in Arboriculture is Essential
