This growing and expanding IT business based on the outskirts of Norwich have had a great start to 2021 by securing a range of new national and international clients. With this growth, they are now looking to add another IT Technician to their team to work in a fast paced and diverse environment.
The role itself will be working closely with clients to provide IT Support, as well as supporting with their overall IT strategy. For the successful candidate there is a chance to complete industry recognised courses, as well as progress into other areas that may be of interest i.e., cyber security or infrastructure.
We are looking for candidates to have at least 2 years’ experience within a commercial environment, ideally working on a business service desk. From a personality perspective we are looking for those that are keen to progress and develop their careers. We are also looking for candidates to demonstrate experience in some of, if not, all the following:-
* Office 365 Maintenance & Integration (experience with Azure would be beneficial)
* Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks
* Managing DNS & DHCP
* Experience working in a service desk environment.
