Job Type : Contract, Full Time

Salary : £20/hour (Inside IR35)

My client is looking for 2 talented Service Desk Analyst to join the support team at their central Portsmouth-based office. This is for a 1 month contract but could be extended.
You will receive and handle requests following agreed procedures, respond to common requests for support by providing information to enable problem resolution and promptly allocate unresolved calls as appropriate to other support teams. Your priority will be to deliver an exceptional end-to-end service to the customer base.
There will be some flexibility to occasionally work from home if rota'd to provide 1st line telephone support and candidates are suitably competent / trained to do so. (Please note that candidates should be based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth, to be able to work at the office).
The successful candidate provides a 1st line technical support over the phone, via email and face-to-face.

Key skills/experience
* Proven IT Service Desk Experience and use of a fault-logging system
* Excellent technical and customer service skills
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work as part of a team or individually and must be comfortable working with customers remotely
* Strong service-oriented 'can do' attitude committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
* Ability to prioritise, organise and manage workloads without supervision,
* Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, maintaining personal effectiveness, efficiency and resilience in challenging situations
* Find and deliver solutions that are creative, fit for purpose and achieve fantastic outcomes for customers.
* Experience with a Service Management tool
* Windows 10
* Active Directory/Windows administration.
* Microsoft O365 – intermediate/advanced
* MS Teams
* Exchange Admin experience.
* Microsoft or A+ certification will be beneficial
