International Sales & Freight Administrator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000/annum
Our client is seeking an office based Sales & Freight Co-ordinator and the role would suit a well organised and motivated individual looking for long term career development. The role will include the following tasks:-
1) Taking sales calls for customers placing orders and trouble shooting any issues
2) Processing orders on our sage sales system
3) Monitoring the divisions email and answering queries and processing emailed orders
4) Produce proforma invoices using our sage system and chase customers for these payments
5) Calling customers for order increases when their stock arrives and we have back orders for them
6) Processing repair cards
7) Book shipments across the World and chase couriers for the best pricing
8) Co-ordinate shipments to sister Companies in the USA and Netherlands
9) Track and ensure shipments are delivered timely
10) Assist with booking the UK shipments during busy periods
The ideal candidate will have some sales admin experience along with experience of shipping and the paperwork requirements for each Country. Full product training will be given.
Hours:-
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm office based
