* Developer Exit loans (Marketing Finance) to allow developers more time when marketing Commercial acquisitions and refinance
* Residential Refurbishment where we fund acquisition and up to 100% of the costs for works
* Non-standard Buy To Let product aimed at providing funding for a wide variety of specialist borrowers for up to 3 years, including first time landlords and foreign nationals.
About the Internal Business Development Manager role
The role reports into the Head of Internal Sales and works closely with an External Business Development Manager (EBDM). The role is to support the EBDM by managing deals and broker relationships from the office.
The role requires an individual with strong administration and interpersonal skills, who is driven and has a detail focus. Experience in financial services is a requirement.
Specific duties and main responsibilities for the Internal Business Development Manager
Deal Specific:
* Handling inbound enquiries – assess enquiries against lending appetite
* Producing and following up on Approval In Principles
* Progressing deals through the credit process
* Liaising with valuers and solicitors
* Managing the deal pipeline
Pipeline Management:
* Primary contact for brokers
* Sourcing and engaging with new brokers
* Keeping data up to date on internal sales system
Outline of skills and experience required for the Internal Business Development Manager
* At least 5 years working in financial services in a sales focused capacity.
