Inbound Sales Consultant

The role:
To handle inbound calls and give quotations to cusotmers
* To achieve personal sales and performance targets
* Up-sell and identify sales opportunities
* Manage new and existing customers
* Record all relevant data on their CRM system
* Manage sensitive data
* Must be flexible
* Excellent telephone manner
Experience:
* Preferably from an insurance background (although not essential)
* Previous experience in sales and used to targets / KPI`s
* Able to work under pressure
* Must be able to plan and organise
* IT literate with good numerical skills
You will be working a 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern within the office until fully trained, then you will have an option to work hybrid
Includes a shift of 12pm-8pm (once every 4-6 weeks), (1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month) will also be required.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £22,000 with a monthly bonus of £250 for the first 6 months while training commission structure offers a realistic OTE of £34,000 per annum, plus a performance related bonuses.
