This is a full-time role, working fixed shifts the hours of work are 8:30am to 5pm.
Your Time at Work
As a Hygiene Operative, your duties include:
– Gaining a full understanding of poultry in MP
– Seeking to improve and enhance the hygiene status of the mill by suggesting & implementing improvement projects
– Working in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc
You will be standing for the duration of the shift and some manual handling is involved.

Our perfect Hygiene Operative will have good communication skills, be a team player and be organised.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
