About the Trust

What you’ll be responsible for:

* To provide support to the Business Partner team in the organisation and administration of employee relations and recruitment meetings. This will include the organisation, booking and communication of both formal and informal meeting arrangements in line with the relevant policy or procedure and within key performance indicator timescales.

* To provide support to the Business Partner team in the preparation of the relevant supporting documentation required for both formal and informal employee relations and recruitment meetings. This will include production and photocopying of the relevant information to a high standard, with a high level of attention to detail, in line with the relevant policy and procedure and within key performance indicator timescales

* To attend meetings where required in the capacity of note taker. Ensuring minutes are typed to a high standard and with a high level of attention to detail.

* To produce letters under guidance and using the Business Partner letter template stock relevant to the appropriate policy or procedure.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the Trust –

* An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

* Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

* A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following qualification/experience:

* Previous administration experience.

* Excellent IT skills with a particular aptitude for Excel and Word packages, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.

* Proven typing skills.

* Minute taking experience.

* Experience of providing advice to customers and problem-solving skills

*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
