The role
Part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be taking on the most senior role within the Growing team, overseeing propagation, nursery and biosecurity to ensure the overall production plan is met. You'll be well placed to have your ideas heard and to contribute to future business direction and capital investment planning.

About you
You will have a deep understanding of plant health and how to maximise plant quality while minimising loss. You will have strong organisational skills and experience in supply chain management, with the ability to drive resource efficiency and manage stock and budgeting. You'll be ready for a senior leadership role and excited to play a part in the training and development of the team around you.
