Job description
We are currently recruiting for Admin Assistants / Help Desk Assistants to work in a busy office based on the Festival Park
This is an exciting position for the right candidates to work for a company that values its employees.
Responsibilities
* Working on a computer looking at the workflow inbox
* Communicating with both clients and contractors to arrange access for planned works
* Raising, editing and closing tasks on the system, ensuring all information is accurate
* Communicating with contractors daily to ensure all client and task requirements have been provided and gain daily updates on tasks in progress.
* General Admin and emails and phone work.

Experience working in a similar industry would be great but not essential –
Hours of Work
Working Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 17.00 hours – this is a temp to perm role and the salary will increase after 12 weeks when you go perm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.52 per hour
