Interaction has partnered up with a well-established agricultural service based in Peterborough. My client is looking for skilled technicians to join the team. This is a workshop-based position, performing maintenance and repairs from heavy goods vehicles, combines, crop sprayers and more agricultural machinery.
The Role:
· Service, maintain and repair a range of agricultural machinery
· Carry out routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles/ Machines
· Ensure work is completed and relevant compliance is filled out (job cards, service sheets, etc)
· Work as a team to complete inspections
· Follow Health and Safety to comply with legislation and company procedures
·Carry out Electrical and Mechanical maintenance
The Candidate:
·Hold relevant qualifications – NVQ Level 3 or equivalents (HGV Mechanics, agricultural, heavy plant)
·Minimum 2 years working in a similar position
·Must have expirience with Mechanical and Electrical maintenance
· A full UK driving license must be held
·The ability to work using your own initiative and as a team
·A keen eye for detail
