Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum Plus benefits

This is a really exciting opportunity for a brand new role in a rapidly growing department. Our sister company are recruiting for a highly motivated and organised professional to lead on their NHS, CCG and PHB training service. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within healthcare and it would be a benefit to have knowledge of Personal Health Budgets to co-ordinate bespoke packages of training for delivery by the training team. Knowledge of working with funding bodies such as ‘Skills for Care’ will also be an advantage, with the successful candidate being able to draw-down funding to support the training of nurses, carers and support workers.

The role requires a high level of eye for detail, resilience and compassion when working with clients and good computer skills. Experience of bid-writing and applying for tenders will also be a distinct advantage.
