Salary : £32000 – £34000/annum + BONUS & TIP SHARE
Bread Hospitality have joined forces with this fantastic historical food led pub on the outskirts of Attleborough to help them recruit a creative new head chef.
The ideal candidate would be a real ‘foodie’ with a strong background in creating exciting menus using the freshest, local, and seasonal ingredients possible. You will inherit a great brigade of skilled junior chefs who are looking to develop their own career under a highly skilled head chef’s direction. We are seeking an ambitious individual, who is passionate about food and ingredients, can manage a kitchen and has a creative eye for detail.
The Responsibilities….
* Full day to day management of the kitchen
* Create an exciting weekly changing specials board.
* Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
* You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
* Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
* Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
* Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
