Head Barista

An award-winning Bakery with sites across Suffolk and Norfolk are looking for friendly, passionate & experienced Barista's to join a new team based in the centre of Woodbridge.
As Head Barista, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent high quality customer service, training the team in making coffee to a great standard. Supervising the opening and closing shifts and cashing up. There will also be times where you will be working in other areas such as behind the counter & serving tables.
The Role:
– Good Knowledge of coffee or a passion to learn
– Making speciality drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
– Serving customers and making connections with both tourists and locals
– Offering a warm and welcoming environment
