Salary : £28000 – £35000/annum
Hard Landscape Foreman : West London [high end residential's across London] – salary between 28k-35k dependent on experience
We are looking for dynamic people to build and run high end residential garden projects – ensuring all landscaping services are delivered to a high standard which meets customer expectation.
The Hard landscape Foreman will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.
Our client is a bespoke, niche provider of integrated design and build services for high-end residential gardens. As part of their growth plans this year they are now looking to recruit a hard landscape Foreman.
The successful candidate will work to their own initiative and organise resources to deliver an effective service delivery of landscaping including:
General landscaping duties
Liaising with clients and designers
Managing the day to day running of sites
Ordering materials and interpreting plans
Communicating effectively with project managers to ensure timely completion of site
Daily completion of job sheets highlighting future requirements using Salesforce.
Paving
Brick Laying
Planting Trees, Shrubs
Decking / Fencing
Slabbing
Installing Irrigation and water features
The successful hard landscape Foreman will have:
A proven record of accomplishment in hard landscaping
Experience in working off plans
Previous team leader experience
Full UK driving Licence (Essential)
The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team
Competent in using the appropriate power tools where required
Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures
Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives
Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications
Strong customer care skills and the ability to represent the Company professionally
