We are looking for a confident Greenkeeper to join this busy team based in various locations in the Merton Borough
Your main responsibilities will be looking after the Cricket pitches green keeping, grounds maintenance in sport preparation. Ideally having worked on cricket pitch preparation and someone who intends to look for long term employment.
Duties:
– Perform regular garden and landscape maintenance tasks, such as mowing, trimming, and weeding
– Operate mechanical equipment, such as lawnmowers and leaf blowers
– Clean outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas
– Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
Experience:
– Previous experience in grounds keeping or landscaping preferred
– Knowledge of garden and landscape maintenance techniques
– Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in grounds keeping
– Ability to operate mechanical equipment safely
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
