Groundsman
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000 – £28000/annum
We are looking to grow our Horticultural team, this is an interesting and varied role. You will be joining a busy team in a rapidly expanding company. As a member of the frontline maintenance team you will be travelling throughout the south of England maintaining Living Walls – both external and internally. The role includes irrigation calibration, plant pruning and replacement, and treatment of pest and diseases. The living walls are up to 30m high, so being comfortable with working at height is a must.
The role of a landscape gardener:
Maintenance & implementation of living walls
Irrigation calibration, plant pruning and replacement of various plants & flowers
Treatment of pest and diseases.
Working at height
Travelling to client sites across the South of England
Working to set deadlines
Communication with customers & the wider team.
Skills & Qualifications required be a successful Gardner
Horticultural experience is essential,
IPAF, PASMA, and PA1 & PA6 certification is preferred,
Can do attitude is essential.
Full driving licence
Passion for working with plants.

Monday – Friday flexible working pattern

£26,000 Basic salary. Paid overtime
