Salary : £24310 – £28730/annum + Overtime
Job Opportunity – Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
* Permanent / Full Time job paying to £28,730 per year.
* Regular Overtime Available.
* 28 Days Paid Holiday (including Bank Holidays) per year.
Experience needed:
* Grounds & Landscape Maintenance
* PA1 & PA6
* Ride on & Pedestrian Mower
* Driving Licence.
Useful (but not a specific requirement) would be:
* CSCS Card – If you don’t have one the current test is £22.
* Tractor based mowing.
* Maintaining gardens and open spaces on new build housing sites.
