Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £26000/annum
Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Grounds Maintenance Supervisor local to Reading, & want a great working environment? We are looking for dynamic people to maintain to organise and motivate various sites, ensuring all grounds maintenance services are delivered to a high standard which meets customer expectations. The grounds maintenance operative will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.
You must be able to drive and have a good work ethic. You must have previous experience working at this level, together with relevant experience eg. grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, weeding etc. Due to the nature of the work you need to be physically fit. As well as the normal grounds maintenance duties you will also be expected to carry out litter picking and be prepared to work up to 3 hours on a Sunday.

Qualifications and Skills:
Driving licence desirable
Supervisory experience at a similar level
Experience carrying out grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting etc
PA1 & PA6 desirable
Team Management

Be able to work in a customer-facing environment and remain professional at all times.
