Our client an award winning landscape contractor, is seeking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis, based at their NW9 site.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience gained managing Grounds Maintenance staff.
You will have a full current driving license and ideally posses with level 3 in horticulture.
In this role you will be responsible to manage and organise staff, and ensure that the green spaces are managed to the best of their potential.
You will also build close working relationships with all stakeholders including the sites staff, volunteering organisations and colleagues you work with.
Main duties and responsibilities
Line manager for the allocated landscape officer staff
Delegated responsibility for the performance management and H&S of the staff
To arrange work schedules and working patterns
To proactively manage sickness, holiday and absences
To inspect and record all contractual work on a daily and weekly basis
To check and submit all paperwork as required ensuring that it is accurate, on time and compliant
To communicate effectively with other supervisors, line manager, our client, stakeholders etc. to promote the service we provideResourcing Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
