Pin Point Recruitment seeks a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Drivers to join our clients team in Hammersmith & Fulham, London.
As a Grounds Maintenance Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining the outdoor spaces of various sites, ensuring they are well-presented and safe for public use.
This role involves driving company vehicles to different locations and performing a range of grounds maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Operating company vehicles to transport equipment, tools, and materials to different sites within Hammersmith & Fulham.
· Conducting routine grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and flowerbed maintenance.
· Assisting with planting and landscaping projects as directed by supervisors.
· Performing litter picking and waste removal to keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
· Inspecting and reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
· Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with client specifications.
Requirements:
· Valid UK driver's licence
· Previous experience in grounds maintenance
· Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment such as ride-on mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers.
· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to grounds maintenance activities.
· Ability to work minimum 35 hours per week Mon-Fri
