Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Driver to join my clients team in South London. As a Grounds Maintenance Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces of various properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing. This role involves driving company vehicles to different locations and performing a range of grounds maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Operating company vehicles to transport equipment, tools, and materials to different locations.
* Conducting routine grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and pruning trees.
* Performing litter picking and waste removal to ensure outdoor spaces are clean and tidy.
* Assisting with the maintenance of outdoor furniture, fixtures, and amenities.
* Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements:
* Valid UK driver's license
* Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field essential
* Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to grounds maintenance activities.
