Grounds Maintenance Operative
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £21500 – £25000/annum + Overtime + Bonus
We are looking to recruit four experienced Grounds Maintenance people who are living within commuting distance of Wallingford and are looking for a permanent and full-time job.
These are a mix of Grounds Maintenance Operative and Grounds Maintenance Team Leader job opportunities and are split based on their specific experience requirements.
Job Opportunity 1 is calling for someone with experience of verges as this along with strimming and mowing is going to be the key part of the job, if you have a trailer licence that would be an advantage but even without as long as you have experience of verges you will be considered.
Job Opportunity 2 is calling for someone with experience of strimming and mowing linked to verges, if you also have verge experience that would be perfect but if not, you just need to be proficient at mowing and strimming.
Job Opportunity 3 is calling for an all rounder who will be working on small housing estates up to the higher end larger gardens and private estates where attention to detail and client interaction is key. For these you will need mowing, strimming, weeding, litter clearing and leaf blowing experience as well as enjoy interacting with residents and home owners.
For all jobs you will need to have your driving licence.
On offer is:-
* A permanent job working 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime.
* A salary of between £21,500 and £25,000 per year (based on experience and current seniority level).
* The opportunity to earn an additional £250 performance related bonus every three months.
