Our client is a nationally recognised grounds maintenance organisation, who have multiple exciting openings across one of their biggest yards in the UK, based in Imperial Wharf. Our client is wanting to grow their team due to growth of the company with commercial contracts being gained, our client is looking to attract the very best Grounds Maintenance Operative’s to help support and work with their well-established team of Grounds Maintenance Operative’s on site, where training and development are offered in abundance.
Working as part of a Ground’s Maintenance organisation, your duties will be to ensure the delivery of a well-executed, high standard maintenance service, in line with the site's specification.
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your responsibilities will include the following:
To carry out ground's maintenance and soft landscaping tasks such as grass mowing, strimming, weeding, planting, grass installation, litter picking, blowing, leafing, pruning, trimming, plant care, etc. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be working in a team on a number of high-end commercial contracts ensuring a high standard of work, delivering the best product possible.
We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who has the following skills and qualifications:
• Full UK Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Grounds Maintenance Operative (preferred)
• Level 2 Horticulture (preferred)
• NVQ, CSCS and PA1/PA6 (desirable)
