This role is offering the incumbent the opportunity to gain business wide knowledge and experience and this role will be working very closely with the FD. About the Role:
As a Finance Manager, you'll oversee financial operations our client and their its subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll handle various financial tasks, including managing the finance team, revenue reconciliation, monthly accounts, budgeting, and stakeholder communication and supporting the FD on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising the finance team on a day to day basis
Ensuring accuracy in revenue reconciliation
Executing monthly prepayments and accruals
Managing intercompany recharges
Collaborating with departmental leads for accurate financial reporting
Producing monthly management accounts and presenting reports to senior management
Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining fixed asset registers
Preparing cash flow forecasts and handling balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting in year-end and external auditsWhat You Need:
Full qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Proven experience in financial management roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Xero knowledge advantageous)
Ability to manage workload independently and collaborate effectively
Flexibility, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving abilities
Proof of right to work in the UK
Demonstrable experience in these roles is advantageous: management accountant, finance manager, financial accountant, semi senior, assistant manager, audit, accountant Whats on Offer:
