We are seeking a dynamic individual who can evolve as our business grows and develops. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and highly motivated renewable energy plant in North Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities:

Identify feedstock sources and opportunities to provide security.
Ascertain best suppliers in terms of quality, value and reliability.
Discuss, negotiate and agree contracts with suppliers.
Organise, plan and schedule feedstock deliveries.
Maintain a testing and monitoring regime on new and existing feedstocks.
Track feedstock usage and expenditure.
Compile feedstock performance data, biological analysis and KPI reporting.
Monitor and liaise with our on-site team and external biological support.
Responsibility to keep up to date with relevant legislation.
Ensure procurement and related KPI targets are met.
Responsibility for procurement of chemicals used on-site.
Build long term relationships with suppliers.
Ability to drive significant efficiency gains in terms of cost.
Personal Skills:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement environment
Proven experience of creating and maintaining strong client relationships
Anaerobic Digestion knowledge would be advantageous
Excellent negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills
Be IT literate with a high level of Excel knowledge.
