Our client is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for their hotel in Leicestershire. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the Restaurant, Bar, Conference and Banqueting side of the hotel. The hotel has 120 plus bedrooms, a busy restaurant and bar to match with several conference and banqueting rooms.
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach whilst taking control, accountability and ownership for the management of the Food and Beverage outlets. As Food and Beverage Manager you will manage, lead and develop your team of around sixty members and will be part of the senior management team. You must ensure that the highest of standards are delivered and budgeted profitability achieved.
The ideal candidate will currently be a Food and Beverage Manager in a hotel either a little smaller or similar size. You must have excellent management skills be confident, have presence, have a passion for service delivery and enjoy working in a busy environment. With a can do attitude, excellent communication skills and being hands on where need be with your team you will lead from the front to ensure every guest receives the highest service levels.
