My Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to work in the Facilities of their head office in WORCESTER WITH AN IMMEDIATE START. This in excellent opportunity to join this well established organisation. The job could potentially be longer than 3 months.
Qualifications and Attainments (or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level)
Literacy and numeracy equivalent to grade C GCSE English and Maths
NVQ3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service) DESIRABLE
Work Experience
Recent experience of undertaking a similar role DESIRABLE
Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads, both for self and others
Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information DESIRABLE
Some experience of resolving problems
Skills Required
Good understanding of written and spoken English
Good communication skills
Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems
Works well within a team based environment
Good organisational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and use own initiative
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
