Experienced Landscape Supervisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £27000/annum
Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Landscape Supervisor local to Reading, & want a great working environment? We are looking for dynamic people to maintain to organise and motivate various sites, ensuring all grounds maintenance services are delivered to a high standard which meets customer expectations. The grounds maintenance operative will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.
You must be able to drive and have a good work ethic. You must have previous experience working at this level, together with relevant experience eg. fencing, Mulching, Turging etc. Due to the nature of the work you need to be physically fit.

As an experienced Soft Landscaper, you should work effectively as part of a team, be well-presented and polite, pay particular attention to detail and strive to deliver the highest standards at all times.
Experience is essential for this role Full knowledge of the use and care of all necessary maintenance equipment.
Essentials
Full driving licence.
CSCS card
Other desirable qualifications include:
Shrub/Plant knowledge.
Further qualifications that would be an advantage a trailer towing licence, PA1/PA6 , Chainsaw cross cutting
