We have an exciting opportunity for Food & Beverage Sales Co-Ordinator,To co-ordinate enquiries and sales for the location and to actively work as part of the Sales team to increase and enhance the level of sales. Proactively selling the facilities by extremely efficient enquiry handling matching the mystery shop elements. Always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. To operate and maintain the systems for all related processing, ensuring the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.

More about the role:
Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries (telephone, fax, letter, e-mail) and obtain bookings wherever possible, offering Site visits.
Communicate with clients by phone and in writing in respect of arrangements for all functions.
Ensure that every customer is given a polite, friendly and personal service, and be able to turn any negative customer experiences into positive ones.
Acknowledge and act upon individual customer needs whilst observing the standards and confirm an achievable plan for delivery by liaison with the operations team.
Who you are:
Essential
Experience in the Catering industry or a sales / event planning role.
Computer experience with databases and PowerPoint.
Industry awareness
Assertive, calm works well under pressure
Desirable
HND/Degree in Hotel & Catering
