Location – Thetford, Norfolk

Working hours – Monday to Sunday – 37 hours per week

Capacity – Permanent position

Salary – £21,189 per annum

Our client who is a leading organisation is our area is currently recruiting for an Event Liaison Officer to join their busy Administration team.

Main duties will include –

To maintain the safety of all customers and visitors to their premises – This includes fire marshalling duties as and when required
To assist and facilitate the requirements of the venue attendees for the business
Supporting all departments to ensure the events runs smoothly, to plan, and working to a right first-time policy
Setting up and packing down function equipment – working to a function plan.
Being involved with outdoor events as planned and ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
To assist with all other departments within the business and be a natural leader when getting involved with local activities and events
Attend training courses and staff meetings as directed – Training will be provided to upskill candidates.

ü  Flexible to working hours as occasional weekend work will be required when events are scheduled
