Our client is seeking an Equipment and Facilities Manager to primarily prepare our filming equipment for shoots, additional maintain our vehicle fleet and office facilities. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a passionate team who loves what they do.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, resourceful, practical, and great project management skills and be passionate about looking for ways to continually improve our working process.
Office Responsibilities:
Calendaring of the filming equipment and spotting any potential overlap, or shortfall.
Packing filming equipment for forthcoming shoots
Checking back in the filming equipment and making any minor repair
Hiring any specialist equipment
Ensure camera settings are covered before a job.
Thinking of new and improved ways to pack equipment and improve our processes.
Arranging the cleaning and maintenance of vehicles
Skills Required:
Must be organised, methodical and tidy
An excellent problem solver who is capable of working independently
Process excellent communication skills with the ability to be decisive and logical under pressure
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The passion to develop and learn
Previous knowledge/experience working with camera equipment valued, but not essential.
Must be able to drive and have your own car
Must live within a 60 minute commute of SG5 4BH
