Fixed Term Contract – 7 months – 35 Hours

The Mind website receives over 20 million visitors per year. Visitors may be coming to find information and support, seek mental health services or to support our work through campaigning, donating or shopping.
As Digital Development Manager, you will play a crucial role as we invest heavily in the development of our website to meet our visitors needs. Working with the Head of Digital and Digital Insight manager you will ensure that Mind's website development is driven by strategic objectives, led by user need and is evidence based.
You will manage a talented team, passionate about meeting end user needs and delivering value to the organisation.
You will manage key supplier relationships, making sure that we maintain a virtual team ethos and that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to consistently high quality standards.
You will lead the development and implementation of development, co-design and UX processes to ensure that users are our partners in digital development, and that we deliver an optimal user and customer experience.
