The business is continuing to evolve as they look to amplify and distribute content across multiple ‘fandoms’ in the worlds of gaming, music and sport.
The Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Account Manager to join the business as part of growth. The core focus will be to provide top tier sales and partner support to several key clients. You’ll build, develop and sustain relationships, driving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue potential.
You’ll play a crucial role in driving success for innovative, brand ventures and campaigns in the exciting world of live streaming and content distribution.

We’re looking for someone to join on an initial 3–6 month contract. There is a strong possibility this could extend or convert into a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
* Leading client communication across multiple projects, both new and existing
* Act as an interface between clients and the inhouse production team
* Identify and manage core pillars for client, channel and partner growth
* Provide presale guidance and technical requirements for advertising opportunities
* Contributing to create, curate and identify collateral across workflows, processes, upsell opportunities
* Collection, quality control review, and implementation of assets to ensure a timely and accurate campaign launch
* Collaborate with Tech, Product and Creative teams to troubleshoot and execute projects
* Maintaining and creation of financial account reports, pipeline and quarterly reviews
* In conjunction with the Insights team, create quality and insightful reports for clients for both core channel activities, their audiences, and sponsorship activations
* Attending key industry events together with our clients
Experience:
* Multiyear experience in fastpaced account management roles
* Knowledge of the gaming industry required, (e)sports, and entertainment a plus
* Track record of building client relationships, contributing to closing deals, managing projects, and meeting/exceeding projects goals
* Experience in managing projects working with key decision makers at client side and/or agencies as well as internal stakeholders
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Solid understanding of content marketing, social media platforms, fan engagement and community management
