Are you a hands-on Digital Account Director OR Digital Lead, looking to join an incredible integrated agency in Leicestershire at a time of growth, new client wins and when they are absolutely smashing it. This well-known and highly regarded agency work with an impressive client base across B2B and Consumer sectors and so variety is a given. They are looking for someone to come in and lead their digital marketing team, helping the team grow and develop, overseeing strategy across search, social and content. You will also be a specialist in search and be hands on in managing the implementation of the SEO strategy both organic and technical. You will enjoy being strategic but want to be in a hands-on role. This role would suit a hands-on Digital Account Director or a Digital Marketing Manager looking to lead a small team. This is a permanent, full-time role which will be a mix of home and office-based, 1-2 days a week in the office. The salary for this role is £38k – £45k DOE. Some agency experience is an absolute must.

About the role
As Digital Account Director OR Digital Lead you will be overseeing and leading a small team across search, content and social. You will be knowledgeable across the digital mix and will be hands on in search, leading on the SEO strategies for your clients and being hands on in the delivery. You will enjoy developing digital strategies for clients, consulting them, and keeping them updated. You will be passionate about SEO and be able to add real value to your clients.
About you
* You must have experience working within a digital, marketing or integrated agency and be in a client-facing role
* You will enjoy nurturing a small team, ensuring you are sharing your knowledge but also looking to continue growing yourself
* Experience creating strategies across search, content and social media
* Hands-on experience in SEO and enjoy being hands-on with all SEO activity
* Analytical and enjoy reporting back to clients, looking at performance and making recommendations
* Love the buzz of agency life and enjoy spinning lots of plates
* Self-motivated and enjoy working from home as well as a few days in the office
This role is based in Leicester and is easily commutable via: Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury, Nottingham, Loughborough, Northampton, Corby, Rugby to name a few. This role will be a mix of office and home based.
