Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum
Our client in Camberley are actively seeking a Desktop Support Engineer on permanent basis to join a growing team working within an innovative company with a market leading product.
The Desktop Support Engineer will use the helpdesk system to facilitate desktop support.The Desktop Support Engineer will set up new users and hardware on the network.
The Desktop Support Engineer will have a basic understanding on all key business software packages including CRM and Office 365.
The Desktop Support Engineer will have the following experience:
Essential:
* Minimum of an HND in computing or relevant discipline
* Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
* Hands on experience of windows environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
* Working knowledge of computer peripherals
Desirable:
* Fault logging systems
* Experience of Microsoft Licensing management
* Choosing and purchasing hardware and software
* Experience of work instruction management tools
* Purchase, install and configure mobile telephony
* Providing training to others
