As a customer service representative to support the logistics / marketing team you will ensure that the correct stock is available, and work with the account management team to ensure forecasts are signalling the right demand signals for other functions.

As a Customer Service Analyst your role will be responsible for supporting a wide range of travel retail customers and assist to make sure that their orders are placed in a timely manner, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full.

Principal accountabilities

* Provide an excellent level of service to Travel Retail Customers

* Liaise and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders & offer customer service expertise to all areas of the business

* Manage day-to-day business and support performance improvement through all activities including Customer Order Management

* Issue Forecast recommendations to the Account Managers and Regions

* Respond to order enquiries and Customer enquiries, on time and in full

* Review under/over forecast issues and raise to the relevant Account Manager for action

* Validation of prices & products from Terms of Trade database into SAP

* Understand customer KPIs and drive performance improvement wherever possible

* Develop and maintain a strong positive working relationship to promote further collaboration between partners

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required:

* Degree background marketing, business, logistics

* Experience customer service in a business setting

* Previous experiences in Supply Chain (Logistics/Customer Services)

* Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office), SAP preferred user knowledge / CRM

* Confident communicating with all levels of internal/external customers

* Customer Services Mindset

* Familiar with exporting and commercial practices

* Analytical & Commercial Skills

* Knowledge and experience in export documentation
