An excellent opportunity to join a modern and fast paced manufacturing business, Kingston Recruitment are currently looking to source a versatile Customer Services Administrator to support our clients operations.
Working within a close-knit administration office, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing customer orders, ensuring dispatch deadlines are maintained and liaising both internally with production and externally with customers.
DUTIES:
* Administration of customer orders
* Basic accounts/inputting of financial information onto SAGE 50
* Produce delivery notes and purchase orders
* Liaise with customers regarding orders
* Organising logistics
* Liaising with shop floor regarding production schedules
Working Monday to Friday, (Apply online only)
This is initially a 6 months Fixed Term Contract with potential to become permanent.
