Job Type : Permanent, Temporary, Full Time

Salary : £23000 – £24000/annum

Description:

An exciting opportunity to become a part of a fast growing company in the Hull area. Supporting their commercial client base nationally, the successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, ideally from a fleet management/motor industries.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Planning fleet maintenance events for the customers

* MOT planning with suppliers/workshop for non-dedicated customer accounts

* Scanning of documentation

* Downloading documents from supplier web portals and uploading

* Manage and process missing documents and unexpected reports

* Setting up customer access to the company’s web portal

Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:30
