Position summary
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join our Digital team as CRM Manager, based at our Gatwick office. Reporting directly to the Digital Content and Engagement Lead, you will have the scope to be the voice of the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer with some of the worlds most loved and trusted Supplement and Medical Nutrition brands. You’d be working in our amazing team that’s always looking to drive best-in-class Digital campaigns. Working closely within a cross-functional team you will be a key player in delivering our HCP Omnichannel Engagement strategy and will create, activate, and develop Digital and CRM campaigns across Channels (i.e. CRM, Webinars, Social, Website etc), with particular focus in engagement with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) within the area of Medical Nutrition. A day in the life of a CRM Manager…
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for planning, activating, and executing the CRM & Personalisation Strategy for Nestlé Health Science (NHSc). You’ll help build on our growing databases across Consumers, Influencers and Stakeholders to deliver greater and more personalised experiences to accelerate our Digital ambitions that delivers the very best results. Key responsibilities include:
* Support development and implementation of CRM Strategy across NHSc (VMHS, CC and MN), considering specificities of portfolio, brand, and channels where CRM plays a key strategic role in reaching and engaging with Consumers, Influencers and Stakeholders (i.e., B2C, B2B, D2HCP).
* Drive acquisition of 1st Party Data across Channels and build healthy and engaged database(s) measured through increased acquisition, strong engagement rate and low churn rate etc with strong adherence to data governance requirements.
* Develop deep understanding of the brands Consumers, Influencers and Stakeholders, generating clear insight and personas for targeting and segmentation purposes.
* Champion CRM agenda by driving engagement and brand advocacy through direct and deeper engagement with core communities, building and leveraging a robust segmented database using eCRM as a retention tool.
* Advocate and build Personalisation approach through an acute understanding of the core target audiences (Consumers, Influencers and Stakeholders) and their user journeys generate scalable, personalised, and meaningful connections (i.e., breadth and depth).
* Champion the integration of User Journeys across brands CRM objectives by mapping the target audience (Consumers, Influencers and Stakeholders) with a clear strategy for critical touchpoints, engagement and ‘call2action’.
* Work closely with brands and commercial teams to ensure high level integration and alignment of brand CRM objectives including objective and KPI setting.
* Create and maintain Campaign Calendar and optimisation in-line with other Channels across creative, segmentation, assets etc
* Work closely with Agency Partners, Brand / Commercial Team, and Data Analysts to set KPIs, monitor campaign and programme performance – sharing insights and taking action to optimise future performance.
* Consistently demonstrate thought leadership of the CRM landscape – demonstrating best practices, business excellence and thought leadership on new technologies/ approaches (i.e. test and learn).
* Develop strong collaborative relationships with existing CRM agency partner(s) to embrace new thinking and responsiveness to changing Digital landscape.
What will make you successful?
As the successful candidate, you’ll be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) and have a breadth of Digital and CRM knowledge under your belt. You’ll already have worked within a similar role with relevant marketing experience being able to highlight examples of creating and delivering engaging campaigns, building impactful consumer journeys, and generating conversions/leads/sales. You’ll be passionate, results focused and enjoy working in an exciting environment. You’ll have fantastic communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our business strategy.
Other key skills include:
* Experience in building and executing Omnichannel campaigns across multiple channels and platforms with a clear understanding of the importance and role of best-in-class Content.
* Good functional knowledge across the Digital landscape, including the interconnectivity of Channels, ideally experience in management and execution of campaigns across Websites, Webinars, Podcasts, Social, and CRM. A knowledge of paid Digital media would be helpful.
* Experience of optimising and testing through analysis of user behaviour and Digital performance to guide decision making and optimisation recommendations.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics (as well as other solutions in the Google Marketing Platform, e.g., Data Studio, Optimize, Tag Manager, would be advantageous)
* Test & Learn mentality with proven ability to build insight and optimise performance of campaigns.
* Ability to set clear targets and KPIs
* Agency and budget management.
* Solid commercial understanding.
* Strong evidence of cross-functional working and close collaboration to achieve results.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Drupal CMS would be advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge and interest in Medical Nutrition, VMHS, Beauty and wider Wellness landscape.
