Credit Hire Claims Handler
£27,000 to £30,000
Based in Tonbridge
We are recruiting for a Credit Hire Claims Handler for our Insurance client based in Tonbridge.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Insurance Market and Credit Hire Claims.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and processing Credit Hire claims in a proficient and timely manner.
This is a hybrid working role.
Job Role:
* Managing own Credit Hire Claims portfolio
* Reviewing case history whilst working with other departments to establish where liability for the accident rests and investigate the validity of third party claims
* Updating the claims systems with clear records of progress of claim
* Managing all aspects of third party vehicle damage and third party property damage via solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
* Assessing complex files
* Working inline to SLAs and KPIs
Skills Needed:
* Previous experience within Credit Hire Claims
* Good knowledge of Credit Hire
* Knowledge of ABI GTA and how to deal with credit hire claims outside of GTA guidelines
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Cert CII Qualified or the desire to study towards
* A good understanding of how to structure a formal letter
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong organisation skills to manage a busy workload
